Repair Service Eligibility Our repair service is exclusively available for eyeglasses and sunglasses from the brand portfolio we carry in our store, including Cartier, Dior, Gucci, and other designer collections. We are unable to repair eyewear from brands outside our portfolio, as we do not have access to their parts.
  2. Visit Our Store Whether you're a long-time customer or visiting us for the first time, simply bring your sunglasses or eyeglasses to our store, and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
  3. Quick Assessment Our technicians will promptly assess the condition of your eyewear and inform you if additional repairs or parts are needed.
  4. Repair Process Most repairs can be completed on the spot while you wait. If more extensive work is required, we’ll provide you with a clear timeframe for when your glasses will be ready. Walk out with your glasses feeling as good as new, knowing they are in top condition.
  5. Priority for Existing Customers We prioritize our loyal customers to ensure their needs are met first. However, if you're a new visitor, rest assured that we’ll do our best to accommodate you on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. One Eyeglass Frame per Family As a labor-intensive complimentary service, this offer is intended as a gesture of gratitude for our loyal customers. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we can only repair one eyeglass frame per family.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt to the address below and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
